Vault report: RTI DDS on 1 Gbps Ethernet in two configurations

Unaudited STAC-M2 Benchmark of RTI DDS 4.5d in two configurations tuned for throughput and latency

Real-Time Innovations (RTI) has submitted two benchmark reports to the STAC Vault. These covering two configurations of a messaging stack that used RTI DDS and Gigabit Ethernet. Details are as follows.
