General meetings
In addition to working group and steering committee meetings, the Council has periodic meetings open to all members. The purpose of these meetings is for working groups to share information or issues with the rest of the Council, for Council members to see each other in person (since working group meetings are usually by phone), and for everyone to share in industry topics of interest.

December 17, 2007, Credit Suisse
Both of these meetings were in New York. STAC is hoping to set up a meeting in London in 4Q08, as well as a regular meeting schedule for NY. We are also considering meetings in other cities where there is sufficient demand.
If you have ideas on agenda items, priorities, etc. please propose them in the forum we've set up for this.
