STAC Performance Summit - Focus: Latency Monitoring
The next STAC Performance Summit will take place at 3pm on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at Deutsche Bank’s auditorium, 60 Wall Street in New York.
The event will focus on the latest technologies for measuring and monitoring latency of market data and trade-execution. The agenda is here.
What's behind the topic?
Trading organizations continue to look for the best ways to monitor latency in their trade and information flows. Doing so presents many challenges such as time synchronization, data capture, analysis, presentation, and storage. Some firms choose to build their own monitoring solutions, while others prefer to purchase complete products. Vendors of components and solutions are doing their part by bringing clever new hardware and software to market. Come to this event to hear about the leading techniques, and exchange views over drinks.
Who can attend?
Attendance from end-user firms (sell-side, buy-side, exchange/ATS) is unlimited, and those end-user firms that are not already members can attend by becoming Observer Members (follow the links from the meeting registration URL above). Vendor members can send two representatives. The member list is available here.
