STAC facilitates the STAC Benchmark Council, a group of over 200 financial institutions and more than 50 vendor organizations whose purpose is to explore technical challenges and solutions in financial services and to develop technology benchmark standards that are useful to financial organizations.
Membership in the Council is open to technology user firms as well as vendors. Vendors provide input to benchmark standards, but only user firms have voting rights.
