Unaudited STAC-N1 baseline results of Exablaze X4 ExaNIC and ExaSock UDP

Exablaze has recently submitted an unaudited benchmark report to the STAC Vault covering STAC-N1 UDP tests of their ExaNIC X4 Adapter with their ExaSock acceleration library. STAC-N1 directly tests a network stack without any intervening software such as middleware or feedhandlers.
