Eligibility
End User Organizations
An “End User” organization is a capital markets organization such as a bank, broker, exchange, hedge fund, prop shop, asset manager, etc. If your firm is an End User organization, you may register with the green "Register now" button for any of our current events. If your firm is an End User organization that is NOT yet a member of the Council, please go ahead and register, then sign up for a free Observer Membership, or we will reach out about membership.
Independent Software Vendors
A qualified Independent Software Vendor provides software or services that deliver business-level functionality to End User organizations (e.g., Order Management Systems, Execution Management Systems). In their capacity as users of technology infrastructure, Independent Software Vendors may send employees in purely technical job functions (architecture, development, etc.) to STAC Summits under the same terms as End User organizations. If your firm fits that description, you may register as an End User.
If employees in other functions such as sales and marketing wish to attend, then the firm needs to follow the vendor registration instructions.
Infrastructure Vendor or Professional Services Firms
Infrastructure vendors supply software, hardware, or services that do not include business logic. Professional Services Firms provide engineering, developmen, and integration services to End User firms. Employees of Vendor Firms and Professional Services Firms require a registration code. If you do not have one, please see the vendor registration instructions and FAQ.
